While we initially held discussions providing general advice on rugby league opportunities, it became apparent in conversations with Fergus and his father that Fergus is a brilliant young man deserving of opportunities in the game, from a supportive and strong family. Fergus and his father have shown commitment to our club and have supported our initiatives to grow the game in Serbia and with his excellent CV in rugby league and talent in a key play-making position like half back, it became pretty obvious we would be an excellent fit in his journey both in sport and in life. We are really excited to see how this relationship develops and to working with Fergus on his game.”
