Danilo Kosanovic has returned to Red Star Belgrade RLK after two seasons away from the club playing for the Dorcol Tigers.

The forward spoke earlier today about his joy in returning to the club which began his love with the sport “I’m extremely happy to be back at the club where I first began my playing days. It’s great to see that that the boys are doing thorough, in-depth work to prepare for the season, and that they’re also working to train and prepare all junior categories.”

“My aim is to help the team both on and off the pitch, but also to be a good example to the youngsters – in order to help them break into the first team in the future.”

With the start of the season just little over a month away Kosanovic will be back into training with the first team and fighting for a spot in a very strong pack.
